大阪天神橋筋六丁目に2001年4月に開館した「住まいの歴史と文化」をテーマにした、日本で初めての専門ミュージアム。ビルの中に天保初年（1830年代前半）の大坂の町並みを実物大で復元。 The first special museum in Japan on the theme of "the history and culture of housing and living" which were opened to Tenjin-bashisuji 6chome (Osaka) in April, 2001. The streets of Osaka of the first year of Tenpo (first half of the 1830s) are restored at actual size in the building.
